What My Movement Guide provides

My Movement Guide provides general educational hand-exercise and self-management guidance. It does not diagnose a condition, medically clear you, prescribe individualized medical treatment, or replace a physician, therapist, surgeon, emergency care, or an in-person evaluation.

Using My Movement Guide does not create a clinician-patient or therapist-patient relationship with RynoBrace LLC or the content creator.

Content and videos are prerecorded and designed for general use. No clinician reviews your Home Readiness Check answers or monitors your exercise performance. Product-support messages are not a channel for individualized clinical advice or occupational therapy services.

Safety and emergencies

Answer the Home Readiness Check honestly. Follow displayed precautions, avoid forcing symptoms, and stop or seek care when warning signs or worsening symptoms occur. My Movement Guide is not for emergencies. For emergencies, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.

No recovery result, outcome, safety result, or symptom improvement is guaranteed.

Adult eligibility

My Movement Guide is intended only for adults age 18 and older. You may not purchase or use a plan for anyone under 18, including on behalf of a child or teenager. By purchasing, you confirm that both the purchaser and the person using the plan are at least 18 years old.

Accounts and personal use

Accounts are for the individual customer. You are responsible for protecting your login information and for activity under your account.

Paid content is licensed for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, publicly distribute, scrape, republish, or share paid exercise videos or plan materials.

Purchases, access, and refunds

Available launch plans currently provide 30-day access through one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals for the current launch offer. Prices and available offers are the prices displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. RynoBrace LLC does not store full payment-card numbers. Purchases may also be subject to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy policy.

My Movement Guide offers a voluntary full-refund promise within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy. This voluntary promise does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Service changes and Terms updates

RynoBrace LLC may update My Movement Guide, available features, content, offers, or these Terms prospectively. Updated Terms will apply after they are posted or otherwise made available, except where applicable law requires a different process.

Disclaimers and liability limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, My Movement Guide is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RynoBrace LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of My Movement Guide.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Tennessee law, except to the extent applicable consumer-protection laws in your location require otherwise.
